Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month. You can cancel from Settings → Billing in one click and your videos keep playing through the end of the billing period.
Are there any per-view or bandwidth overage charges?
No surprise overages. We email you at 80% and 100% of your bandwidth or storage cap. You can upgrade in one click, or sit at the cap until the next monthly cycle resets — we never auto-charge an overage.
